Department of Early Childhood Development

This Department of Early Childhood Development is committed to training individuals to support and foster the cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development of young children during their most critical years. Our programs focus on equipping students with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills to nurture children from birth to age eight.
Students will explore various teaching strategies, child development theories, and classroom management techniques, preparing them to create supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environments. The department emphasizes the importance of play-based learning and creating positive relationships with families and communities to support children’s growth.
