Upload clear digital copies of your Primary Leaving Examination (PLE) Results Slip, National Identification Card or Passport Photo, and a recent Passport-sized Photograph. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful submission.
Applicants who prefer a personalized touch can visit our campus at YMCA, Mbale, Uganda, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Here, you can collect and submit application forms directly. Please bring completed forms, photocopies of your PLE Results Slip, National Identification Card or Passport Photo, and a recent Passport-sized Photograph, along with your original National Identification Card or Passport for verification. A non-refundable application fee of UGX 20,000 is payable in cash at the bursar’s office. Our dedicated admissions staff will guide you through the process.
